As a complementary livelihood activity under ARI, we introduced community-based beekeeping programs aimed at promoting sustainable income generation and enhancing forest restoration efforts. The program started with a structured training attended by 20 participants, focusing on hive management, ecological benefits, and sustainable honey harvesting.
20 community members were trained in modern hive management, environmental benefits of beekeeping, and safe honey harvesting techniques. The training received enthusiastic participation from youth and women.
